The donuts aren't set by the app but actual holes which consume more and more of homes and residents of that place.

So they join the others trapped underground and they explain BK what he did was very wrong. After a while, they learn that what happened was part of Raccoon King plan. In order to acquire more trash, he and other raccoons created the app to swallow all the trash it could find. But they ignored the whims of the people living there. Wanting to stop this, Mina and BK launch a mission. Mina uses a hole to destroy the raccoons facilities while BK is struggling to convince Raccoon King to stop what he is doing.
